A composition for the topical treatment of human skin in a dermatologically compatible carrier comprising
- (a) hemp oil in an amount of 10-40 weight percent
- (b) at least one antioxidant,
- selected from ascorbic acid, vitamin E (in particular tocotrienols), carotinoids (in particular lycopin), glutathione, butylhydroxytoluene and butylhydroxyanisole or a mixture of the mentioned agents.
