Lighting assembly and lamp aiming device

An adjustable light assembly comprising:

• a base having a central opening and a frame with an upper end spaced from a top surface of said base;
• a bracket coupled to said upper end of said frame and being pivotable about a first axis substantially perpendicular to a plane of said base and substantially parallel to a central axis of said opening in said base, said bracket having an arm extending toward said base;
• and
• a lamp support coupled to said arm of said bracket and being pivotable about a second axis substantially perpendicular to said first axis.

An adjustable lighting assembly comprising:

• a base having a bottom surface and a top surface;
• a frame coupled to said base and having an upper plate spaced from said top surface of said base;
• a bracket coupled to said upper plate of said frame and being pivotable about a first axis substantially perpendicular to a plane of said base;
• a lamp support pivotably coupled to said bracket and being pivotable about a second axis substantially perpendicular to said first axis;
• an adjustment mechanism coupled to said bracket for adjusting the position of said lamp support with respect to said bracket;
• and
• a locking mechanism for fixing the position of said lamp support to said bracket and for fixing the position of said bracket with respect to said frame.
