Abstract
An arrangement for charge integration comprises a charge-generating circuit (2) that provides a charge-dependent signal, and a coupling circuit (20) comprising a first and a second transistor (T1, T2). The first transistor (T1) can be controlled in dependence on the charge-dependent signal. The second transistor (T2) is configured to forward the charge-dependent signal in dependence on a control signal provided by the first transistor (T1). The forwarded charge-dependent signal is integrated by an integrator (30).
Claims10
An arrangement for charge integration, comprising:
- a charge generating circuit to provide a charge-dependent signal;
- a coupling circuit having a first and a second transistor, wherein the first transistor is adapted to be controlled in dependence on the charge-dependent signal, and the second transistor is configured to forward the charge-dependent signal depending on a control signal provided by the first transistor;
- and
- an integrator configured to integrate the charge-dependent signal that has been forwarded.
A method of charge integration, comprising the steps of
- generating a charge-dependent signal;
- generating a control signal depending on the charge-dependent signal;
- forwarding the charge-dependent signal in dependence on the control signal;
- and
- integrating the forwarded charge-dependent signal to create an output signal.
