Abstract
A base of circuit board, a circuit board, and a method of fabricating thereof are provided. The circuit board includes a substrate, a plurality of elastic bumps and a patterned circuit layer. The elastic bumps arranged in at least an array are located on the substrate. The patterned circuit layer is located on a portion of the elastic bumps and a portion of the substrate. The base of the circuit board and the method of fabricating thereof are also included in the present invention.
Claims22
A circuit board, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a plurality of elastic bumps, arranged in at least an array and disposed on the substrate;
- and
- a patterned circuit layer, disposed on a first portion of the plurality of elastic bumps and a portion of the substrate.
A base for a circuit board, comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a plurality of elastic bumps, arranged in at least an array and disposed on the substrate.
A method of fabricating a circuit board, comprising:
- forming a elastic bump material layer on a substrate;
- patterning the elastic bump material layer to form a plurality of elastic bumps arranged in at least an array;
- forming at least a conductive layer, covering the plurality of elastic bumps and the substrate;
- and
- patterning the conductive layer to form a patterned circuit layer covering on a first portion of the plurality of elastic bumps and a portion of the substrate.
