Abstract
A polymer composition containing two kinds of polymers and having a difference in its glass transition temperature of 3° C. or lower between before and after heat-treatment by getting it through a space between two parallel faces in a molten state.

A polymer composition, comprising two or more kinds of polymers containing a polyphenylene sulfide resin in an amount of 70 wt % or more, and having a difference in its glass transition temperature of 3° C. or lower between before and after heat-treated by getting it through a space between two parallel faces in a molten state.
A transferring belt for electrophotographic image-forming apparatus, comprising two or more kinds of polymers containing a polyphenylene sulfide resin in an amount of 70 wt % or more, and having a difference in its glass transition temperature of 3° C. or lower between before and after heat-treated by getting it through a space between two parallel faces in a molten state.
An image-forming apparatus, comprising an image forming unit for forming a developer image, a transferring belt on which the developer image is transferred, and a transfer device for transferring the developer image on the transferring belt onto a recording medium, wherein the transferring belt comprises two or more kinds of polymers containing a polyphenylene sulfide resin in an amount of 70 wt % or more, and has a difference in its glass transition temperature of 3° C. or lower between before and after heat-treated by getting it through a space between two parallel faces in a molten state.
A method for producing a polymer composition, comprising:
- melting a polymer mixture containing at least one kind of polymer and getting its molten polymer mixture through a space between two parallel faces twice or more.
A polymer composition-production machine, comprising:
- an inflow opening for admission of a material to be treated to give a polymer composition after processing, and
- a discharge opening for discharge of the processed material to be treated,
- wherein two or more spaces formed of two parallel faces are formed in a flow path between the inflow opening and the discharge openings for the material to be treated.
