Abstract
Compounds of formula (I), and salts and solvates thereof are provided: Processes for preparation, pharmaceutical compositions, and uses thereof as a medicament, for example in the treatment of a disease or condition mediated by a reduction or imbalance in glutamate receptor function, such as schizophrenia or cognition impairment, are also disclosed.

A compound of formula (I), or a salt, or solvate thereof:
- wherein
- Y is a 6-membered saturated carbocyclic group, wherein one of the carbon atoms is replaced by a heteroatom selected from oxygen and NR4, wherein R4 is selected from hydrogen and C1-4alkyl;
- X is CH2, R3 is oxo, and R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen and fluoro;
- or
- X is —C(═O)—, R3 is hydrogen, and R1 and R2 are both hydrogen or one of R1 and R2 is hydrogen and the other is fluoro.
