An oral care composition comprising a fused silica abrasive and an orally-acceptable carrier.

An oral care composition comprising:
- (a) a fused silica abrasive;
- and
- (b) an orally-acceptable carrier.
An oral care composition comprising:
- (a) a silica abrasive;
- and
- (b) an orally-acceptable carrier;
- wherein the percent of silica, by weight, of the abrasive, is greater than about 97%.
