Charge/discharge control apparatus

A charge/discharge control apparatus for monitoring and controlling a charging or a discharging of one or more electric power installations, comprising:

• a memory unit for memorizing
• charge/discharge reward information received from an external computer and specifying a reward received by a user of the electric power installation for a charge action or a discharge action of the electric power installation, and a restriction in conducting a charging or a discharging of the electric power installation, and
• individual identification information for identifying the charge/discharge control apparatus itself;
• and
• a control unit for providing controls of
• creating a charge/discharge plan, such that the reward is maximized, based on the charge/discharge reward information, and including a total charging quantity when a charging is conducted for a time period covering a certain time zone for charging, a total discharging quantity when a discharging is conducted for a time period covering a certain time zone for discharging, and an estimated usage start time which is a estimated time when the user starts usage of the electric power installation and is set at a time after the time zone for charging and before the time zone for discharging,
• instructing the electric power installation to start or finish a charging in the time zone for charging or a discharging in the time zone for discharging according to the created charge/discharge plan,
• monitoring the charging or discharging conducted for the electric power installation and creating, based on the monitoring, results of charging/discharging including individual identification information including contents of the conducted charging or discharging and the individual identification information, and
• transmitting the created results of charging/discharging to the external computer.
