A bellows includes a flexible section including a series of convolutions extending between a first end and a second end. The convolutions are formed of a nano-grained aluminum alloy.

A bellows comprising:
- a flexible section including a series of convolutions extending between a first end and a second end, the entire section including the convolutions comprising a nano-grained aluminum alloy.
A suspension element comprising a nano-grained aluminum bellows.
A flexible hose comprising a nano-grained aluminum bellows.
A positive expulsion device comprising a nano-grained aluminum bellows.
A duct for flexibility and envelope reduction having a nano-grained aluminum bellows.
An engine system comprising:
- a fuel tank;
- an oxidizer tank;
- an engine;
- a duct connecting the fuel tank, oxidizer tank, and the engine, the duct comprising a bellows that includes a flexible section having a series of convolutions extending between a first end and a second end, the convoluted section comprising a nano-grained aluminum alloy.
