Abstract
A topical skin care composition comprising kakadu plum extract or acai berry extract, or a combination of both, is disclosed. The composition can include a high oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) value. The composition can improve the skin's visual appearance, physiological functions, clinical properties, and/or biophysical properties.

A topical skin care composition comprising:
- (a) Terminalia ferdinandiana extract or Euterpe oleracea extract;
- (b) a silicone containing compound selected from the group consisting of dimethicone and cyclomethicone;
- and
- (c) a moisturizing agent selected from the group consisting of glycerin, butylene glycol, and propylene glycol,
- wherein the composition is formulated for topical application to skin.

- (a) Terminalia ferdinandiana extract or Euterpe oleracea extract;
- (b) a sunblock agent;
- (c) petrolatum;
- (d) paraffin;
- (e) tocopheryl acetate;
- (f) aloe-barbadensis extract;
- (g) squalane;
- (h) fragrance;
- and
- (i) a color ingredient.
