Electronic module with a conductive-pattern layer and a method of manufacturing same

A method for manufacturing an electronic module, the method comprising:

• providing a film containing a conductive layer with an insulating surface;
• providing a component having a contact surface and contact zones;
• gluing the component, from the side of the contact surface, to the insulating surface;
• making an insulating-material layer, which surrounds the glued component, on the insulating surface;
• making feed-throughs that penetrate the insulating-material layer for connecting the contact zones of the component electrically to the conductive layer;
• and
• making conductive patterns from the conductive layer.

A method for manufacturing an electronic module, the method comprising:

• providing a multilayer film, said film including a conductive layer and an insulating layer;
• providing a component having a contact surface and contact zones;
• gluing the component, from the side of the contact surface, to the insulating layer of the multilayer film;
• making an insulating-material layer, which surrounds the glued component, on the insulating layer of the multilayer film;
• making feed-throughs that penetrate the insulating-material layer for connecting the contact zones of the component electrically to the conductive layer of the multilayer film;
• and
• making conductive patterns from the conductive layer of the multilayer film.
