Methods of treating endotoxin-mediated disorders are provided.

A method of treating an endotoxin-mediated disorder or symptom thereof, comprising the step of administering an amount of E3 ubiquitin ligase Cblb, or a biologically active fragment or variant thereof, effective to treat the endotoxin-mediated disorder or symptom thereof.
A method of treating an endotoxin-mediated disorder or symptom thereof, comprising the step of administering an amount of an agent that increases activity of E3 ubiquitin ligase Cblb, or a biologically active fragment or variant thereof, to a level effective to treat an endotoxin-mediated disorder or symptom thereof.
