A central server comprising:

• a communication interface communicatively coupling the central server to a plurality of user devices of a plurality of users;
• and
• a control system associated with the communication interface and adapted to:
• receive a message including an image of an intended message recipient from a first user device of the plurality of users devices of a first user of the plurality of users desiring to send the message to the intended message recipient;
• identify a second user from the plurality of users as the intended message recipient based on the image of the intended message recipient;
• and
• deliver the message to a second user device of the plurality of user devices of the second user.

A method of operation of a first user device of a first user comprising:

• obtaining an image of an intended message recipient;
• generating a message from the first user to the intended message recipient;
• and
• sending the message including the image of the intended message recipient to a central server such that the intended message recipient is identified as a second user based on the image of the intended message recipient and the message is delivered to a second user device of the second user.

A first user device comprising:

• a communication interface communicatively coupling the first user device to a central server via a network;
• and
• a control system associated with the communication interface and adapted to:
• obtain an image of an intended message recipient;
• generate a message from a first user of the first user device to the intended message recipient;
• and
• send the message including the image of the intended message recipient to the central server such that intended message recipient is identified as a second user based on the image of the intended message recipient and the message is delivered to a second user device of the second user.
