Abstract
The present invention relates to a compound which is N-(4-{4-[(6-butyl-8-quinolinyl)oxy]-1-piperidinyl}butyl)ethanesulfonamide and salts thereof, processes for its preparation, to compositions containing it and to its use in the treatment of various diseases, such as allergic rhinitis.

A compound which is N-(4-{4-[(6-butyl-8-quinolinyl)oxy]-1-piperidinyl}butyl)ethanesulfonamide
- or a salt thereof.
A composition which comprises a compound which is N-(4-{4-[(6-butyl-8-quinolinyl)oxy]-1-piperidinyl}butyl)ethanesulfonamide
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers and/or excipients.
A combination comprising a compound which is N-(4-{4-[(6-butyl-8-quinolinyl)oxy]-1-piperidinyl}butyl)ethanesulfonamide
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more other therapeutic agents.
A method for the treatment of inflammatory and/or allergic diseases of the respiratory tract which comprises administering to a patient in need thereof an effective amount of a compound which is N-(4-{4-[(6-butyl-8-quinolinyl)oxy]-1-piperidinyl}butyl)ethanesulfonamide
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
