Clamping system for a display device

Method for connecting a display device to a support using a clamping system, the method comprising:

• connecting one part of the clamping system to the display device, and connecting another part of the clamping system to the support by moving the clamp from an open position to a closed position by means of an integrated closing device, using, as a clamping system, a clamp, an integrated closing device for closing the clamp and an integrated clamp opening device keeping the clamp in an open position when not in use.

A method for making a clamping system, comprising:

• obtaining a body adapted to be connected to a display device, providing a clamp for connecting the clamping system to a support, and
• providing a closing device for closing the clamp when connecting the clamping system to the support, wherein providing a closing device is performed such that the closing device is integrated in the clamping system;
• providing a clamp opening device for keeping the clamp in an open position when not in use, wherein providing a clamp opening device is performed such that the clamp opening device is integrated in the clamping system.
