Abstract
Embodiments of the invention relate to a silicon semiconductor device, and a conductive paste for use in the front side of a solar cell device.
Claims15
A thick film conductive composition comprising:
- a) electrically conductive powder;
- b) two or more additives, wherein the first additive is selected from the group consisting of:
- (i) bismuth-containing additive and phosphorus-containing additive;
- (ii) a metal oxide of one or more of bismuth, and phosphorus;
- (iii) any compound that can generate the metal oxides of (ii) upon firing;
- and (iv) mixtures thereof;
- and wherein the second additive is selected from the group consisting of:
- (i) a metal oxide additive;
- (ii) a compound that can generate a metal oxide upon firing;
- c) one or more glass frits;
- dispersed in
- d) organic medium.
