• At least one membrane plate installed in the main body, wherein the membrane plates are individually inserted in one of the insertion slots on one side of the anode plate, a membrane is installed on the membrane plate, and the membrane plate isolates an anode chamber;
• and
• At least one cathode plate installed in the main body, wherein the cathode plate are individually inserted on the outside of the membrane plate, which is an anti-corrosion metallic plate, between the cathode plate and the membrane plate at least an cathode chamber is isolated;
