An infrared dehumidifier includes a hollow drum configured to rotate or oscillate around a longitudinal axis and one or more infrared heating lamps disposed inside the drum.

An infrared dehumidifier comprising:
- a drum that is hollow and rotatable or configured to oscillate around a longitudinal axis of the drum, the drum being couplable to an inflow duct and to an outflow duct;
- and
- one or more infrared heating lamps disposed within the drum.
