Self-rinsing toilet rim cover and method for using it

I claim a self-rinsing toilet rim comprising:

• a. a trough (15) shaped substantially equivalent to a toilet bowl rim
• b. a means for pouring fluid (7) into said trough (5)
• c. a drain (4) on the lower part of said trough (15) said drain (4) being positioned over interior of a toilet bowl (7)
• means for pouring fluid (17) into said trough (15) of claim 1 wherein said means included a water conveyance (5) connected hydraulically to water intake valve (9)
• means for pouring fluid onto said trough of claim 1 wherein said means includes a typical water-way from toilet tank (16) to the aqueduct (11) which is typically around upper part of said toilet bowl
• said fluid (17) of claim 1 can trigger a mechanism ( ) to close toilet lid (13) and seat (12) when moving from toilet tank (16) onto said trough (15)
• said trough (15) of claim 1 wherein said trough (15) covers said toilet bowl rim
• said trough (15) of claim 1 wherein said trough (15) is integral part of said toilet bowl rim
• said trough (15) of claim 1 wherein said trough (15) is said aqueduct (11) around the upper part of said toilet bowl which is modified by being open to some degree on the top side whereby any fluid (17) deposited in said trough (15) is rinsed into said toilet bowl interior (7) when flushing is activated.
