A therapeutic method of providing magnetic therapy and acupressure to a person having a skin comprising:
- placing a first piece on an acupoint;
- and
- placing a second piece near the first piece so that there is a magnetic connection between the first piece and the second piece;
- wherein at least one piece comprises a magnet.
