Abstract
A carbon brush that can suppress a wear amount of a carbon commutator and is less swelling is provided. The carbon brush is one that slides in contact with a carbon commutator that is used in a fuel pump, the bulk density thereof being 1.85 g/cm3 or less, and the shore hardness thereof being 40 or less.
