Novel Antifungal Triazole Derivatives

A method for preparing a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising reacting a compound of the following chemical formula 2 with a compound of the following chemical formula 3 in the presence of a base:

• wherein,
• Ar is C6-C20 aryl substituted with at least one halogen or trifluoromethyl group;
• R1 is hydrogen, fluorine, or C1-C3 lower alkyl;
• R2, R3 and R4 may be different or the same and are hydrogen;
• halogen;
• C1-C4 lower alkyl;
• C1-C4 alkoxy;
• C1-C4 haloalkyl;
• C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• nitro;
• cyano;
• amino;
• hydroxy;
• C6-C20 aryl, non-substituted or substituted with at least one radical selected from a group consisting of C1-C4 lower alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, morpholine, pyrrolidine, piperidine,
• or C6-C20 heteroaryl, non-substituted or substituted with at least one substituent selected from a group consisting of C1-C4 lower alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C4 haloalkyl, and C1-C4 haloalkoxy,
• R5 is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy or C1-C5 hydroxy alkyl, and
• n is an integer of 1 to 3;
• wherein, R1 is as defined above,
• wherein, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined above.
