A device for recognizing particles in milk comprising:
- a measuring surface and a housing, wherein the measuring surface receives milk and has a specific surface roughness.
A method for recognizing particles in milk, comprising the steps of:
- conveying to a measuring surface;
- capturing an image of the measuring surface and employing at least one object recognition rule to distinguish at least two types of detected particles.
