Abstract
Conductive ink formulations comprising a conductive polymer, metallic nanoparticles and a carrier are described. The formulations are printable on a surface, and annealed to form source and drain electrodes.
Claims18
An ink formulation comprising:
- a) at least one conductive polymer;
- b) metallic nanoparticles dispersed within the conductive polymer, wherein the weight ratio of the conductive polymer to the metallic nanoparticles ranges from 1:3 to 1:1;
- and
- c) a carrier for mixing the conductive polymer and the metallic nanoparticles, the carrier being a solvent for the conductive polymer.
