Gaming system with blackjack primary game and poker secondary game

A gaming system comprising:

• at least one input device;
• at least one display device;
• at least one processor programmed to operate with the at least one display device and the at least one input device to:
• (a) enable a player to place a primary wager on a play of the primary card game;
• (b) enable the player to place a secondary wager on a secondary poker game;
• (c) if the primary wager was placed on said play of the primary card game, generate a primary card game outcome and providing the player with any primary awards associated with the primary card game;
• (d) if the secondary wager was placed and a triggering event occurs associated with said play of the primary card game, provide the player with a secondary poker game card wherein the secondary poker game card is accumulated for use in the secondary poker game;
• (e) display any accumulated secondary poker game cards;
• (f) repeat (a) to (e) at least once and until the number of accumulated secondary poker game cards reaches a predetermined number;
• and
• (g) provide the player with any secondary awards associated with the combination of secondary poker game cards.
