Abstract
An integrated circuit and method of fabricating the integrated circuit. The integrated circuit, including: one or more power distribution networks; one or more ground distribution networks; one or more data networks; and fuses temporarily and electrically connecting power, ground or data wires of the same or different networks together, the same or different networks selected from the group consisting of the one or more power distribution networks, the one or more ground distribution networks, the one or more data networks, and combinations thereof.
Claims7
An integrated circuit chip, comprising:
- one or more networks, each network of said one or more networks comprising:
- one or more power distribution networks having power wires;
- one or more ground distribution networks;
- having ground wires and one or more data networks having signal wires;
- fuses within said integrated circuit chip of said integrated circuit chip, said fuses having first and second terminals;
- and
- wherein (i), said first and second terminals of one or more of said fuses are connected between any two or all of said power wires, said ground wires or said data wires of a same network, said same network inoperable when said one or more fuses are electrically conductive and operable when said one or more fuses are electrically non-conductive or (ii), said first and second terminals of one or more of said fuses are connected between any one or more of said power wires, said ground wires or said data wires of a same network, said different networks inoperable when said one or more fuses are electrically conductive and operable when said one or more fuses are electrically non-conductive or (iii), both (i) and (ii).
