Abstract
A nondestructive testing apparatus inspects an internal part of a large-diameter pile using both a single transmission/reception probe for transmitting/receiving an ultrasound signal of more than 50 kHz and a plurality of reception probes, digitally processes the received frequency, and outputs the inspected result.
Claims5
A nondestructive testing apparatus, comprising:
- a transmission/reception probe which is inserted into a hole formed in a partition of a concrete structure, generates ultrasound of more than 50 KHz in a radial direction of 360°, and receives the reflected ultrasound after the ultrasound is reflected;
- a plurality of reception probes inserted in vertical holes different from that of the transmission/reception probe at the same depth in order to receive the ultrasound from the concrete partition;
- a measurement depth controller for allowing the transmission/reception probe and the reception probes to maintain the same depth;
- a microprocessor for controlling the measurement depth controller, converting information of the ultrasound received from the transmission/reception probe and the reception probes into digital ultrasound information, analyzing the digital ultrasound information, and determining density and quality of the concrete structure;
- and
- an output unit for displaying various information analyzed by the microprocessor to allow a user to view the displayed information, and outputting the analyzed information.
