Abstract
A photosensitive colored composition contains a resin, a monomer and a colorant. The resin is a copolymer resin of at least one compound (a) represented by general formula (I) below with at least one other compound (b) having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond: where R1 represents H or CH3, R2 represents an alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms which may contain a benzene ring, and n is an integer of 1 to 15.

A photosensitive colored composition comprising a resin, a monomer and a colorant, wherein the resin is a copolymer resin of at least one compound (a) represented by the following general formula (I) with at least one other compound (b) having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond:
- where R1 represents H or CH3;
- R2 represents an alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms;
- R3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms which may contain a benzene ring;
- and n is an integer of 1 to 15.
