Abstract
An aerosol separator is arranged before a CO2 compressor to prevent wear and damage in CO2 recovery systems for the recovery of CO2 arising during fermentation using a compressor.

System for the recovery of CO2 arising during fermentation with a CO2 compressor (19), characterised in that an aerosol separator (1) is arranged before the CO2 compressor (19).
