Abstract
The present application describes compounds according to Formula I, pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one compound according to Formula I and optionally one or more additional therapeutic agents and methods of treatment using the compounds according to Formula I both alone and in combination with one or more additional therapeutic agents. The compounds have the general Formula I: including all prodrugs, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and stereoisomers, R1, R2, R3, R3a, R4, A, B, and n are described herein.
Claims12
A compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a stereoisomer according to Formula I:
- wherein,
- A is selected from the group consisting of CO and SO2;
- B is selected from the group consisting of a direct bond, oxygen, NR8 and alkyl;
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, heteroarylalkyl and CF3;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, heteroaryl, COOR7 and CONR7R7a;
- R3 and R3a are hydrogen or R3 and R3a taken together form a double bond with oxygen;
- R4 is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl and heteroarylalkyl;
- R7 and R7a are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl and heteroarylalkyl;
- or R7 and R7a taken together can form cycloalkyl or heterocyclyl;
- R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl and heteroarylalkyl;
- or R4 and R8 taken together can form cycloalkyl or heterocyclyl;
- n is an integer of 0 or 1.
