Claims7
A liposome formulation comprising phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, and compound 6,9-bis-[(2-aminoethyl)-amino]benzo[g]isoquinoline-5,10-dione dimaleate (BBR 2778) of formula:
- in a weight ratio of said cholesterol to said phosphatidylcholine of 1:2 to 1:7 and a weight ratio of said BBR 2778 to phosphatidylcholine of 1:4 to 1:25.
