An asphalt composition suitable for use in the construction of roads, said asphalt composition comprising a plastics material.
A method of producing an asphalt composition suitable for use in the construction of roads, the method comprising:
- mixing a dry portion comprising a plastics material, coarse aggregate, and fine aggregate with bitumen and, optionally, additives.
