Bicyclic compound

• wherein RZ, R3, and R4 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, phenyl group, a substituted phenyl group, benzyl group, a substituted benzyl group, a monocyclic heteroaromatic group which may be substituted, a bicyclic heteroaromatic group which may be substituted, an alkoxyl group, an alkyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, an alkoxyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, nitro group, or N(R1fi) (RI7) wherein R1G and R17 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, or SOZR1S wherein R18 represents a lower alkyl group, or RIG and R17 together form a 3- to 7-membered ring to represent a cyclic amine as N(R](i)(R17);
• R5, RG and R7 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, phenyl group, a substituted phenyl group, benzyl group, a substituted benzyl group, a monocyclic heteroaromatic group which may be substituted, a bicyclic heteroaromatic group which may be substituted, an alkoxyl group, an alkyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, an alkoxyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, nitro group, or N(RIG) (RI7) wherein RJG and RI7 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, or SOZR18 wherein RJ8 represents a lower alkyl group, or RIG and R17 together form a 3- to 7-membered ring to represent a cyclic amine as N(RI6)(RI7);
• R8, RD and RIO independently represent hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, phenyl group, a substituted phenyl group, benzyl group, a substituted benzyl group, a monocyclic heteroaromatic group which may be substituted, a bicyclic heteroaromatic group which may be substituted, an alkoxyl group, an alkyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, an alkoxyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, nitro group, or N(RJ6) (RJ7) wherein RJ6 and RI7 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, or SOZR18 wherein RJ8 represents a lower alkyl group, or RI6 and RI7 together form a 3- to 7-membered ring to represent a cyclic amine as N(RIG)(RJ7), or R8 and RD may together form a benzene ring to represent a bicyclic heteroaromatic group as the group represented by the formula A3;
• and X1 represents oxygen atom, sulfur atom, or N—RI9 wherein RID represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, phenyl group, or a substituted phenyl group, B represents a group selected from the group consisting of a group represented by the following formula BI, a group represented by tbe formula B2, a group represented by the formula B3, a group represented by the formula B4, and a group represented by the formula B5:
• wherein R11 represents hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, a thioalkoxyl group, hydroxymethyl group, an alkyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, an alkoxyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, nitro group, or N(R20)(R21) wherein R20 and R21 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, or SO2R22 wherein R22 represents a lower alkyl group, or R20 and R21 together form a 3- to 7-membered ring to represent a cyclic amine as N(R20)(R2J), YI represents sulfur atom or oxygen atom;

• RI3 represents hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, an alkyl group arbitrarily substituted with One or more halogen atoms, an alkoxyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, nitro group, or N(R20) (R2I) wherein R20 and R21 may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, or SO2R22 wherein R22 represents a lower alkyl group, or R20 and R21 together form a 3- to 7-membered ring to represent a cyclic amine as N(R20) (R2I), Y4 represents sulfur atom or oxygen atom, and one ofya, Y5, and Y6 represents nitrogen atom, and the remaining groups represent CH;
• R14 represents hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, an alkyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, an alkoxyl group arbitrarily substituted with one or more halogen atoms, nitro group, or N(R20)(R21) wherein R20 and I{2I may be the same or different, and independently represent hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, or SO2R22 wherein R22 represents a lower alkyl group, or R,20 and R21 together form a 3- to 7-membered ring to r'epresent a cyclic amine as N(R20)(R2I), Y7 represent CH or nitrogen atom;

• R1 represents an alkyl group, and symbol “n” represents an integer of 2 to 6.
