Audio and visual system and method for providing audio and visual information using such system

An apparatus comprising:

• a wireless device that transmits and receives data via a wireless network;
• a first arrangement, being capable of storing therein a plurality of audio files downloaded thereto via the wireless device;
• a second user input arrangement that is adapted to cause one of the audio files to be accessed;
• a third arrangement that generates an audible sound associated with the audio file in response to an activation of the second arrangement;
• and
• a fourth arrangement that captures an image after the third arrangement generates the sound.

An apparatus comprising:

• first means for storing a plurality of audio files;
• second means for selecting one of the plurality of audio files;
• third means for accessing the selected audio file in response to a signal from a user input device;
• fourth means for capturing an image after the sound is generated;
• and
• fifth means for storing the captured image.

A method of processing an audio file in an apparatus having a first camera arrangement and a second user input arrangement, the method comprising

• receiving a signal from the second arrangement;
• accessing a selected one of a plurality of audio files stored in a third storage arrangement of the apparatus in response to the signal from the second arrangement;
• capturing an image using the first arrangement after accessing the selected audio file following a predetermined delay;
• and
• storing the image in the first arrangement.

A method of processing at least one audio file for use in connection with an apparatus, comprising the steps of:

• transmitting data related to an audio file to a vendor arrangement connected to a computer network;
• receiving the at least one audio file at the apparatus;
• storing the audio file in a first arrangement associated with the apparatus;
• and
• emitting a sound from a second arrangement that is at least one of integral and connected to the apparatus using the audio file, in response to a signal from a third arrangement used to capture a digital image by the apparatus.

A method of processing audio files for use in connection with an apparatus, the method comprising:

• storing a plurality of audio files in a storage arrangement, wherein each of the audio files has associated therewith a sound portion, wherein the audio files are used by the apparatus to emit a sound stored in the sound portion, and cause a camera arrangement associated with the apparatus to capture an image;
• availing the audio files to a user of the apparatus via a computer network;
• receiving a selection of one or more of the plurality of audio files from the user;
• and
• transmitting the selected audio file to the user via the computer network.
