- wherein R1═CH2OH;
- R2 and R4 are each hydrogen;
- R3 is —CONR7R8
- R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl;
- and
- R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-8 alkyl.
