Abstract
A semiconductor device that includes an electrode of one material and a conductive material of lower resistivity formed over the electrode and a process for fabricating the semiconductor device.
Claims16
A semiconductor device, comprising:
- a semiconductor die, having an electrode on a surface thereof, said electrode being comprised of a first conductive material;
- and
- a conductive body on said electrode, said conductive body being comprised of a second material having a resistivity that is lower than that of said first conductive material.
