• said holding recess has a tablet receptacle section that is larger than the tablet supplied from the tablet feeding chute in a posture that is different from a posture when filled into the pocket part, a posture correction section that corrects the posture of the tablet received in the tablet receptacle section during conveyance, and a tablet maintaining means to maintain the tablet in the corrected posture in the posture correction section.

A tablet filling device having a tablet feeding chute to supply tablets and a tablet conveyance body having holding recesses each being capable of holding the tablet that has at least a pointed corner to fill the supplied tablet into a pocket part of a container film by transferring the tablet to downstream, characterized in that:

• said holding recess has a tablet receptacle section that is larger than the tablet supplied from the tablet feeding chute, a posture correction section that corrects the posture of the tablet received in the tablet receptacle section during conveyance so that the pointed corner of the tablet will face the downstream of the conveyance.

A tablet filling device having a tablet feeding chute to supply tablets and a rotary drum having holding recesses each being capable of holding the tablet to fill the supplied tablet into a pocket part of a container film by transferring the tablet to downstream, characterized in that:

• the holding recess has a tablet receptacle section that is larger than the tablet supplied from the tablet feeding chute, a posture correction section that corrects the posture of the tablet received in the tablet receptacle section during conveyance;
• wherein, the tablet received in the tablet receptacle section is moved to the posture correction section due to the tablet's own weight as the rotary drum rotates.
