Concrete washout container

An apparatus for collecting liquid, solid and/or non-hardened concrete material for disposal comprising:

• a concrete washout container having a plurality of inner wall surfaces;
• and
• a release material applied to at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces of said container;
• wherein said release material comprises a material which is resistant to the adherence of hardening concrete.

An apparatus for collecting liquid, solid and/or non-hardened concrete material for disposal comprising:

• a concrete washout container having a plurality of inner wall surfaces;
• a release material applied to at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces of said container;
• wherein said release material comprises a material which is resistant to the adherence of hardening concrete;
• and
• a sealed door structure configured to facilitate removal of hardened concrete from said container.

An apparatus for collecting liquid, solid and/or non-hardened concrete material for disposal comprising:

• a concrete washout container having a plurality of inner wall surfaces;
• a release material applied to at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces of said container;
• wherein said release material comprises a material which is resistant to the adherence of hardening concrete;
• and
• a sealed door structure configured to facilitate removal of hardened concrete from said container;
• wherein at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces is tapered outward relative to said sealed door structure to facilitate removal of hardened concrete.

A method of controlling concrete washout, comprising:

• providing a concrete washout container having a plurality of inner wall surfaces;
• applying a release material to at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces of said container;
• wherein said release material comprises a material which is resistant to the adherence of hardening concrete;
• placing non-hardened concrete in said container;
• and
• removing said concrete from said container after said non-hardened concrete material at least partially hardens.

A method of controlling concrete washout, comprising:

• providing a concrete washout container having a plurality of inner wall surfaces;
• applying a release material to at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces of said container;
• wherein said release material comprises a material which is resistant to the adherence of hardening concrete;
• wherein said container includes a sealed door structure configured to facilitate removal of hardened concrete from said container;
• wherein at least one of said plurality of inner wall surfaces is tapered outward relative to said sealed door structure to facilitate removal of hardened concrete;
• placing non-hardened concrete in said container;
• and
• removing said concrete through said sealed door structure after said non-hardened concrete material at least partially hardens.
