Abstract
It is desribed a device for applying a liquid or creamy substance, e.g. sunoil, suncream, polish, shoepolish etc. The device comprises a rear, impermeable layer (1), a porous layer (2) containing the substance to be applied and optionally a tear-off layer (3). The porous layer (2) can e.g. comprise a foamed plastic material, a nonwoven material or a bristlelike material. Optionally the porous layer (2) in addition is provided with holes or perforations.

An application device for applying a liquid or creamy substance such as suntan oil, suntan lotion, shoe polish, polishing agent or similar, comprising a porous layer (2), a rear impermeable layer (1) and possibly a tear-off layer (3), which porous layer (2) contains the substance to be applied
- characterized in that the rear impermeable layer (1) consists of a non-rigid material, that the porous layer (2) has holes or perforations, and that an edge impermeable to the substance contained in the porous layer (2) is optionally provided along the outer edges of the porous layer (2).
