A liquid colored radiation-curable composition that comprises: (A) at least one cationically polymerizing organic substance; (B) at least one free-radical polymerizing organic substance; (C) at least one cationic polymerization initiator; (D) at least one free-radical polymerization initiator; and (E) an effective color-imparting amount of at least one soluble dye compound selected from the group consisting of diarylmethane and triarylmethane dyes, rhodamine dyes, azo dyes, thiazole dyes, anthraquinone dyes and safranine dyes; said liquid colored radiation-curable composition having substantially the same photospeed as the composition without dye component (E) and the liquid dye compound does not bleach out during radiation exposure.
A liquid colored radiation-curable composition useful for the production of three dimensional articles by stereolithography comprising a substantially homogeneous admixture of (1) a liquid uncolored radical-curable or dual-type stereolithographic resin system and (2) an effective color-imparting amount of at least one soluble dye compound selected from the group consisting of diarylmethane and triarylmethane dyes, rhodamine dyes, azo dyes, thiazole dyes, anthraquinone dyes and safranine dyes;
