A tool for countersinking, deburring and spindling out holes is described, consisting of a blade holder driven rotationally about its longitudinal axis, in which, at an angle to its longitudinal axis, at least one recess is arranged, in which one or more cutting blades or their holders are held as exchangeably and/or displaceably load-transmitting. In order to guarantee better protection against tilting and breaking of the cutting blade out of the recess in the blade holder it is provided that the recess is formed from radii substantially blending into one another.
Tool for countersinking, deburring and/or spindling out holes, with a blade holder (1), in which, at an angle to its longitudinal axis, at least one recess (2, 2′) is arranged, in which one or more cutting blades (3) or their holders (4) are held as exchangeably and/or displaceably load-transmitting, characterised in that the recess (2, 2′) is formed from straight lines and/or sections and/or radii (18, 19, 20, 22) substantially blending into one another.
Tool for countersinking, deburring and spindling out holes, with a blade holder (1), in which, at an angle to its longitudinal axis, at least one recess (2, 2′) is arranged, in which one or more cutting blades (3) or their holders (4) are held as exchangeably and/or displaceably load-transmitting, characterised in that both the recess (2, 2′) and the basic body (12) of the at least one cutting blade (3) or its holder (4) located in the recess (2, 2′) is formed in the geometric main load area (27, 27a, 28, 28a) from radii (18, 19, 20, 22) substantially blending into one another or is formed from crosswise straight lines (36), located at an angle in relation to the load introduction direction or to the longitudinal extension (31) of the recess (2, 2′) or of the blade (3) or its holder (4).
