Abstract
Antibodies which specifically recognize the human CD45 isoform RB are presented. These antibodies may be used to block undesirable immune reactions in patients with transplant rejection and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and autoimmune diabetes.
Claims17
An isolated monoclonal antibody that binds to CD45RB and comprises a heavy chain amino acid sequence, or a fragment(s) thereof, selected from the group consisting of:
- SEQ ID NOs:
- 55, 59, 63, 67, 71, 75, 79, 83, 87, 91, 95, 99, 103, 107, 111, 115, 119, 123, 127, 131, 135 and 139.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an isolated human anti-CD45RB antibody comprising a heavy chain amino acid sequence, or a fragment(s) thereof, selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 55, 59, 63, 67, 71, 75, 79, 83, 87, 91, 95, 99, 103, 107, 111, 115, 119, 123, 127, 131, 135 and 139.
