Abstract
A skirt is disclosed which includes a singular piece of material with an elastic or hook-and-loop band structure to be used with a chair and/or chair cover combination. The structure allows the fabric to be stretched over the chair back covering any portion of said chair back.

A skirt for a chair back, the skirt comprising:
- a singular piece of material having at least one open end;
- a band with which to secure said material;
- and a pattern consisting of one or more colors upon said material.
