• d) Pepper Jack cheese wherein said Pepper Jack cheese forms between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;
• e) Cheddar cheese wherein said Cheddar cheese forms between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;
• f) individually quick frozen onions, wherein said individually quick frozen onions form between 2% and 4% by weight of said consumable food article;
• g) individually quick frozen green chilies wherein said individually quick frozen green chilies form between 1% and 3% by weight of said consumable food article;
• h) water, wherein said water forms between 2% and 4% by weight of said consumable food article;
• i) individually quick frozen green peppers, wherein said individually frozen green peppers form between 1% and 3% by weight of said consumable food article;

• c) American cheese, wherein said American cheese forms between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;
• d) Pepper Jack cheese, wherein said Pepper Jack cheese forms between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;
• e) Cheddar cheese, wherein said Cheddar cheese forms between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;

• c) Cheddar cheese, wherein said Cheddar cheese forms between 14% and 24% by weight of said consumable food article;
• d) individually quick frozen green peppers, wherein said individually quick frozen green peppers form between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;
• e) individually quick frozen red peppers, wherein said individually quick frozen red peppers form between 3% and 5% by weight of said consumable food article;
• f) modified food starch, wherein said modified food starch forms between 1% and 3% by weight of said consumable food article;
• and

• a) pre-cooked potato shell having skin;
• and
• b) filling comprising:
• i) cooked individually quick frozen scrambled egg curds, wherein said cooked individually quick frozen scrambled egg curds form between 63.1% to 73.1% of said filling;
• ii) Cheddar cheese, wherein said Cheddar cheese forms between 18.8% and 28.8% by weight of said filling;
• iii) water, wherein said water forms between 4.5% to 8.5% by weight of said filling;
• and
• iv) modified food starch, wherein said modified food starch forms between 0.01% and 3.4% by weight of said filling.

A consumable food article comprising:

• a) cooked individually quick frozen scrambled eggs, wherein said cooked individually quick frozen scrambled eggs form between 66% and 76% by weight of said consumable food article;
• b) ham, wherein said ham forms between 6.75% and 7.75% by weight of said consumable food article;
• c) individually quick frozen onions, wherein said individually quick frozen onions form between 6.75% and 7.75% by weight of said consumable food article;
• d) individually quick frozen green peppers, wherein said individually quick frozen green peppers form between 4% and 6% by weight of said consumable food article;
• e) individually quick frozen red peppers, wherein said individually quick frozen red peppers form between 4% and 6% by weight of said consumable food article;
