Abstract
An integrated circuit having either or both ESD and noise suppression devices that use the inherent resistance in the substrate as an ESD trigger and/or part of the noise suppression.
Claims16
An integrated circuit comprising:
- an ESD device having a trigger for activation;
- and
- a substrate coupled to the trigger.
An integrated circuit comprising:
- a noise suppression circuit;
- and
- a substrate coupled to the noise suppression circuit to perform a resistive function.
An integrated circuit comprising:
- an ESD device having a trigger for activation;
- a noise suppression device;
- and
- a substrate coupled to the trigger and noise suppression device.
