Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions and methods for the prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of cancer, especially prostate carcinomas. The invention discloses peptides polypeptides, and polynucleotides that can be used to stimulate a CTL response against such cancers.

An immunogen comprising a member selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) an oligopeptide having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
- 1-31;
- (b) an oligopeptide having an amino acid differing by up to three conservative amino acid substitutions from a sequence of (a);
- and
- (c) a peptide mimetic of (a).
