Abstract
A label and incentive item for collecting data in connection with consumer surveys is provided having a pre-approved incentive card with a base layer for attaching to a product package or release paper. The pre-approved incentive card has indicia printed on its outer side. An outer layer is provided covering at least a portion of the pre-approved incentive card. The outer layer may reproduce indicia on a product package obscured by the label and incentive item. The outer layer may have indicia imprinted on its outer side or inner side, for use as a coupon or other valuable purchasing incentive.
Claims72
A removable label and incentive item for the collection of consumer survey data, comprising:
- a. a base layer having an inner side and an outer side;
- b. a pre-approved incentive item having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the pre-approved incentive item being removably attached to the outer side of the base layer;
- and
- c. an outer layer having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the outer layer being removably attached to the outer side of the pre-approved incentive item, the outer layer covering at least a portion of the outer side of the pre-approved incentive item.
A removable label and incentive item, comprising:
- a. a pre-approved incentive item having an inner side and an outer side;
- b. an outer layer having an inner side and an outer side, the outer layer having a cover portion covering at least a portion of the pre-approved incentive item, the outer layer having an outer edge for attaching the label and incentive item to a product package.
A removable label and incentive item, comprising:
- a. a base layer having an inner side and an outer side;
- b. a pre-approved incentive item having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the pre-approved incentive item being removably attached to the outer side of the base layer;
- and,
- c. an outer layer covering at least a portion of the pre-approved incentive item, the outer layer having an inner side and an outer side, the outer layer comprising a scratch-off material.
A removable label and incentive item, comprising:
- a. a base layer having an inner side and an outer side;
- b. a pre-approved incentive item having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the pre-approved incentive item being removably attached to the outer side of the base layer;
- and
- c. an outer layer covering at least a portion of the outer side of the pre-approved incentive item, the outer layer having an inner side and an outer side;
- and
- d. an intermediate layer having an inner side and an outer side disposed between and attaching the outer side of the pre-approved incentive item and the inner side of the outer layer, the intermediate layer having an adhesive on both sides.
A removable label and incentive item, comprising:
- a. a pre-approved incentive item, the pre-approved incentive item having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the pre-approved incentive item having a magnetic coating thereon;
- b. an outer layer having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the outer layer being removably attached to the outer side of the pre-approved incentive card, the outer layer covering at least a portion of the outer side of the pre-approved incentive item.
A removable label and incentive item, comprising:
- a. a magnetic item having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the magnetic item adapted to adhere magnetically to a metallic surface, the outer side of the magnetic item being imprintable;
- b. a pre-approved incentive card having an inner side and an outer side, the inner side of the pre-approved incentive card being removably attached to the outer side of the magnetic item;
- and
- c. an outer layer having an inner side and an outer side being removably attached to the outer side of the pre-approved incentive card.
