Abstract
A semiconductor integrated circuit includes a plurality of logical elements connected in series or parallel, the plurality of logical elements including a semiconductor substrate and an insulating layer provided on the semiconductor substrate; and a buffer circuit connected between a logical element group including at least two of the plurality of logical elements and another logical element group including at least two of the plurality of logical elements.

A semiconductor integrated circuit, comprising:
- a plurality of logical elements connected in series or parallel, the plurality of logical elements including a semiconductor substrate and an insulating layer provided on the semiconductor substrate;
- and
- a buffer circuit connected between a logical element group including at least two of the plurality of logical elements and another logical element group including at least two of the plurality of logical elements.
