Abstract
Realizing a stabilized gain slope without increasing circuit scale or entailing extra time or care for correcting impedance. A resonant circuit that is made up of a capacitor and an inductor is provided in an output stage outside a feedback loop for realizing peaking at a particular frequency and for realizing a gain slope having a desired slope of, for example, 1 dB or more.
Claims24
A semiconductor circuit comprising:
- an amplifier circuit that amplifies and outputs an alternating current signal;
- a feedback loop that feeds back from an output side to an input side of said amplifier circuit;
- and,
- a resonant circuit outside said feedback loop.

A semiconductor circuit comprising:
- a plurality of amplifier circuits connected in multiple stages;
- a feedback loop that feeds back from an output side to an input side of at least one amplifier circuit of said plurality of amplifier circuits;
- and,
- a resonant circuit outside said feedback loop.

A semiconductor circuit comprising:
- a plurality of amplifier circuits connected in multiple stages;
- a feedback loop that feeds back from an output side of the amplifier circuit of a last stage of said plurality of amplifier circuits to an input side of the amplifier circuit of a first stage;
- and,
- a resonant circuit outside said feedback loop.
1 more element
A semiconductor circuit comprising:
- a distributing means for distributing signals inputted by way of an input terminal into two signals of different phase;
- a first and second amplifying means provided with feedback loops, a plurality of resistance elements, and FETs connected in multiple stages for respectively amplifing signals distributed by said distributing means;
- synthesizing means for synthesizing two signals amplified by said first and said second amplifying means and outputs the result;
- and
- a resonant circuit outside said feedback loop.
