Abstract
The present invention concerns a reinforced conductive layer (7). The layer is applied at a part (3a,b) of an electrical unit, e.g. a mobile telephone, which is to come into contact with another part (3a,b). The layer (7) will protect the covered material against corrosion due to formation of a galvanic element. In a preferred embodiment of the invention the layer (7) is made of the same material as the part (3a,b) which it will come into contact with. Furthermore, spaces (16) may be formed in assembly of a mobile telephone, which spaces (16) are surrounded by conductive material.
Claims12
A means at an electrical unit having at least one conductive material on a first part (3a) and an other conductive material on a second part (3b) and which first and second parts (3a,b) are to be connected with each other, characterized in that at least one of the parts (3a,b) is furnished with a reinforced conductive layer (7).
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that the parts (3a,b) to be connected are placed at a printed circuit board (13), a conductive layer (6), a screw joint (9), a connector (10), a pogo pin (11) or a snap lock (15).
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that the reinforced conductive layer (7) at least partly is made of a conductive foil, a conductive paint, a vacuum evaporated surface or a separately placed, reinforced conductive layer (7) and that the conductive layer (7) is able to keep moisture out.
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that a conductive packing (8) is placed between the parts (3a,b) to be connected, of which parts at least one is covered by the reinforced conductive layer (7).
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that the reinforced conductive layer (7) is applied in at least two layers.
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that the reinforced conductive layer (7) has a thickness of 4 to 20 micrometers.
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that the conductive layer (7) is made of the same material as one of the connecting parts (3a,b) which it is to come into contact with.
The means of any of the previous claims, characterized in that the reinforced conductive layer (7) is made of metal particles in a binder, that the binder is acrylic, PVC, resin or the like and that the metal particles are coarse.
